Overlooking the ocean near San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, this brand new 2,400 sq. ft. house is complete and ready for anyone that is interested to come for a weekend of R&R or a week's vacation. It is two hours from Managua, has central A/C, a magnificent view of the Pacific, a full-time maid/cook and caretaker, a terrific swimming pool, and is only a short walk or drive from the beach. It has three bedrooms, all with a private bath, and sleeps eight (2 rooms with queen size beds and one with 2 sets of bunk beds). We furnished it completely in September 2002 when we were there. 	This photo of my son was taken while enjoying the surf at Los Flor Beach, located 20 miles south of the house. The beach is world-renown for the hatching of giant sea turtles. The best time to see them is in September and October when they land by the thousands to lay eggs. You may have seen it on National Geographic!
