12/19/2006: Newest Testimony by one of our visitors:

"We had a fabulous time. The tour group "Careli Tours" were excellent. We walked on three volcanios, visited all the Cathedrals in Granada, visited several open air markets, and wondered around the rocky coast below your home. The people were extremely friendly everywhere we went. The whole experience makes you want to also own property there. Oscar and his wife were a joy to be around, both possess a happy upbeat personality. We will be going again in the next couple of years and hope to stay in your home again.
Thanks again.

This photo of my son was taken while enjoying the surf at Los Flor Beach, located 20 miles south of the house.  The beach is world-renown for the hatching of giant sea turtles.  The best time to see them is in September and October when they land by the thousands to lay eggs.  You may have seen it on National Geographic!
Rates as low as US $1,500 per week!
Overlooking the ocean near San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, this brand new 2,400 sq. ft. house is complete and ready for anyone that is interested to come for a weekend of R&R or a week's vacation. It is two hours from Managua, has central A/C, a magnificent view of the Pacific, a full-time maid/cook and caretaker, a terrific swimming pool, and is only a short walk or drive from the beach. It has three bedrooms, all with a private bath, and sleeps eight (2 rooms with queen size beds and one with 2 sets of bunk beds).  We furnished it completely in September 2002 when we were there. "Just to let you know that we had a wonderful time at [the house] in San Juan del Sur and will spread the word to our friends.  Oscar and Fidelia were wonderful and made us feel so comfortable -- going way beyond duty to show us the shortcuts to town on foot.  On our next trip, we would like to learn more about Nicaragua real estate -- there seems to be quite a boom.   Hasta la proxima."
                   - L.L.

"We really did enjoy our two days at the house.  It was one of the most enjoyable "vacations" we have ever had.  We are planning on renting the house again when two of our other sons come to visit and we'd like to share the experience with them.  It has the most incredible view.  The pool and the house were very clean.  Oscar and Fidelia were very helpful."
